It's a designer who goes by L'Escarpolette/Les Frivolities. She makes incredibly, INCREDIBLY beautiful work. And it seems that through Etsy, she has not had any problems with selling. But she is a corsetiere, and has stiffed many customers of their custom made corsets (that range about at a $400 minimum cost). There is even talk of legal action.

Oh! I am familiar with that spat maker-- she is also a corsetiere, and often makes matching corset/spat sets. She seems to have a rather good reputation, unlike another corsetiere selling spats on Etsy...
